Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nory AI (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Nory AI helps hospitality businesses manage their Google reviews: importing reviews, classifying sentiment, generating AI reply drafts, and publishing approved replies to your connected Google Business Profile.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to manage the business locations and Google account you connect. You are responsible for the actions of any team members you invite.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may be updated with notice.
• New accounts may receive a free trial. When the trial ends, an active paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.
• You can cancel at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend access until the balance is resolved.

4. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to draft replies. AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every reply before it is published. Replies are only posted to Google after your explicit approval. You are responsible for the content you publish.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to post unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or misleading content, to violate Google's policies, to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service, or to access it in a manner that infringes the rights of others.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with Google and Stripe. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs that may affect functionality, including Google revoking access, which may require you to reconnect your account.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Service and its software. You retain ownership of your business content and review data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that reviews will sync without interruption, that AI drafts will be suitable, or that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nory AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used unlawfully.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
